Ira Glass goes over the normal phases of the creative process. Really inspiring stuff, especially for beginning designers.
Entry or art director level, he makes great points that you shouldn’t get discouraged. Every year I look back at the body of work I created and it slowly improves each year. I wonder where I will be as a designer in 5 more years.
