The Simplest Way to Do Business

The creative recruiting business is simple. Seek out the best designers in the market, and be known for representing only the best.
The whole point of running a recruiting firm is to a) help designers find the right opportunities and b) help businesses simplify their hiring processes. We’re here to reduce the headaches associated with a job search, not add to the problem. We do this by only presenting a select quality group of talent that are right for the job. No more, no less.
Often times head hunting companies play a numbers game with companies and provide them with a shotgun blast of candidates. Instead of 3 - 5 qualified candidates ready to interview, you get 10, 15, sometimes more candidates. They do this because it increases their chances of placing someone with your company, but what they don’t realize is that they’re forgetting what they’re supposed to be doing. The frustrations associated with combing through resumes and candidates are the reason you came to a head hunting firm to begin with. Why add to the problem? The head hunting market is wrong. We think we know how to fix it.
